A little bit about myself.
I have always been drawn to the arts, particularly in sketching, music and reading fiction. My passion for design started at a young age, as I watched my mother, an artist, work on her projects. This curiosity grew as I got older and I eventually decided to study architecture.
My eight years of study and practice in architecture, along with my master's degree at the University of Sydney, helped me gain a deeper understanding of the world. This experience also improved my skills in designing holistic, well-structured, and high-impact solutions, built on the design principles I learned in architecture school.
During my master's course, I became interested in the field of user interaction and experience and started learning about UX/UI design. The more I learned, the more I was drawn to it. My background in architecture has been valuable in this new field, as I understand the importance of considering people's needs and desires when designing.
My journey from Mumbai, India to Sydney has exposed me to diverse cultures and backgrounds, teaching me the importance of embracing diversity and equality. As a designer, I believe it is my mission to genuinely care for the people I design for.
I am always learning and growing as a designer, and hope that my interdisciplinary skillset can bring new and creative ideas to problem-solving.
